We’re looking for a Master Trainer to join our dynamic team and lead impactful training programs across the country.

As a Master Trainer, you’ll be at the heart of our learning and development efforts—designing, delivering, and leading engaging training experiences that empower teams and drive results.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement effective training programs.
• Translate and adapt training materials from English to Spanish.
• Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions across various regions.
• Coordinate the weekly training agenda.
• Track and report training performance with weekly and monthly reports.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in training roles, ideally in the tech or retail sector.
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written) – a must.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Argentina.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening trainings or meetings.
• Own vehicle required.
• Residing in or near CABA (Buenos Aires City) preferred.

• 📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• 🏢 Modality: 100% on-site
• 📍 Location: Buenos Aires
